📄 Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These voucher terms and conditions apply to all of Shootfactory issued vouchers, regardless of whether they are sent by email (PDF) or by mail.

2. Types of vouchers

Shootfactory offers the following types of coupons:

  • Gift vouchers (discretionary amount of money)
  • Service vouchers for selected offers

The respective voucher value or service results from the voucher itself.

3. Redemption

  • Vouchers are by prior appointment only Redeemable.
  • Redemption is limited exclusively to the services offered by Shootfactory.
  • The current versions apply Conditions of Participation, Safety instructions and Terms and Conditions.

4. Validity

Vouchers are 3 years from the date of issue valid, in accordance with statutory requirements (§ 195 BGB).

Redemption is excluded after the validity period has expired.

5. Cash payout & Transferability

  • One Cash payout, even in part, is excluded.
  • Vouchers are freely transferable, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.

6. Partial redemption

  • One Partial redemption of value vouchers is possible.
  • Any remaining credit remains valid until the expiration date.

7. Shipping & Loss

  • Vouchers depend on the selection by email (PDF) or by mail Sent.
  • For lost vouchers, no liability to be taken over.
  • For email gift cards, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure deliverability.

8. Returns & Refunds

Vouchers are subject to statutory Right of withdrawal, insofar as these are applicable.
Vouchers that have already been redeemed or partially redeemed are excluded from cancellation.

9. Exclusion of Services

The redemption of a voucher can be excluded if:

  • Participation requirements are not met
  • safety rules or instructions are not followed

In these cases, there is no right to a refund of the voucher value.

10. Data Protection

Personal data related to the purchase of the voucher will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

11. Final provisions

German law applies.

If individual provisions of these voucher terms and conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
