Where is the shooting range?
The shooting range is located in 48734 Reken, Berge 1, at Sportschützen Reken e.V.
There are plenty of parking spaces available.

Is shooting allowed in Shootfactory?
Yes. All offers are subject to according to German weapons law under expert supervision.
Do I need a gun license or something similar?
No. You do not need a firearms license or any other weapons permit to participate in our offers.
Own weapons only during workouts and after prior consultation.
Is that safe?
Yes. Safety is the top priority.
Strict safety rules, a duty of supervision, and documented instruction apply.
How is security ensured?
Our offers take place under constant expert supervision.
Clear safety rules and a structured briefing ensure a safe and controlled process for all participants.
What is important for me to keep in mind during participation?
It is important to follow the supervisor's instructions at all times and to comply with the safety rules.
This is how we ensure that all participants can experience the offering in a calm and safe environment.
Can anyone participate?
Adults aged 18 and over are eligible to participate, as well as Adolescents aged 16 and over with the consent of their legal guardians.
Furthermore, physical and mental fitness as well as a sober and responsible state are prerequisites.
How is the process supported?
You are guided through the shooting sports experience step by step – calmly, in a controlled manner, and adapted to your personal pace.
May I bring my own weapons?
Nur subject to prior approval and only with appropriate training offers.
Is there a fixed number of shots?
No, we do not have a universally applicable fixed number of rounds. It depends on the package, choice of weapon, caliber, procedure, and level of experience.
Safety, good supervision, and a high-quality shooting experience are most important to us. The respective number of rounds is calculated so that the booked itinerary can be carried out sensibly.
What clothing should be worn?
Participation requires functional, closed clothing required.
Recommended:
- Fixed, closed-toe shoes
- comfortable, everyday clothing
- Outerwear with a closed collar
Not suitable are:
- open shoes (e.g. sandals)
- low-cut or very loose clothing
The specific suitability of the clothing is checked during the briefing.
Is protective equipment provided?
Yes. The required protective equipment such Safety glasses and ear protection is provided by us and is included in the offer.
Of course you can also personal protective equipment use, provided it meets the safety requirements.
The use of protective equipment is mandatory throughout the entire stay at the shooting range.
Our supervision ensures that the equipment is worn correctly.
Is there insurance?
Yes, there is a Commercial and Event General Liability Insurance.
This does not replace private accident insurance.
What happens in the event of rule violations?
In the event of serious violations of safety rules, we reserve the right to terminate participation. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund.
What can I redeem with a voucher?
Our gift certificates can be redeemed for any services offered by Shootfactory, unless otherwise noted on the gift certificate.
How long is a voucher valid?
Our vouchers are Valid for 1 year from the date of issue, in accordance with legal requirements.
Can I personalize the voucher?
Yes. When purchasing, you can personal text enter.
This will be printed on the voucher exactly as you formulate it.
How do I get the gift voucher?
You can choose between two shipping methods:
- By email as a PDF (for printing or forwarding)
- By mail as a high-quality printed voucher
Can a voucher be transferred?
Yes, vouchers purchased directly from us are freely transferable, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
Is a partial redemption of vouchers possible?
Yes. For value vouchers, a Partial redemption possible.
Any remaining credit remains valid until the expiration date.
What happens if the voucher is lost?
In the event of a lost voucher, unfortunately no liability to be taken over.
For vouchers sent by email, we recommend saving the PDF file securely.
Are there any participation requirements for the gift voucher?
Yes. Participation in our offers is possible from the age of 18.
Adolescents aged 16 and older can participate with the consent of their legal guardians.
A further prerequisite is compliance with Conditions of Participation and safety rules.
