1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, services, and contracts of Shootfactory/Reken Sports Shooters Association. , especially for:
- Introductory shooting courses
- Shooting sports experiences
- Training sessions for sport shooters
- Corporate, club and group events
Conflicting terms and conditions of the participant shall not apply unless their validity is expressly agreed to in writing.
2. Conclusion of the contract
A contract is formed as soon as the customer makes a booking or inquiry and Shootfactory confirms it (e.g., by email).
Inquiries submitted via the contact form do not yet constitute a binding contractual offer.
3. Participation Requirements
Participation is only possible if the following requirements are met:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Notwithstanding this, it is possible to Adolescents aged 16 and older participate as part of the youth programs provided for this purpose, provided that the legal requirements as well as the specifications of Sportschützen Reken e.V. are met
- Valid official photo ID

Shootfactory reserves the right to exclude participants if there are doubts about their suitability.
4. Safety Rules & Supervision
All events take place under expert supervision and in compliance with applicable safety and regulatory rules.
The instructions of the supervisory authority must be followed at all times and without restriction.
Violations of safety rules can lead to Exclusion from the event lead.
If a participant is excluded for reasons for which they are responsible (in particular in the event of violations of safety rules or instructions from the supervisor), there is no entitlement no entitlement to a refund of the participation fee.
5. Weapons & Ammunition
As a general rule, Shootfactory provides weapons and ammunition.

6. Prices & Payment Terms
The prices depend on the type, scope, and duration of the respective offer and are communicated transparently in advance.

7. Cancellation & No-Show
Cancellation of the booked event is possible until 14 days before the appointment possible free of charge. In this case, a Refund of 100 % of the participation fee already paid.

Shootfactory reserves the right to cancel or postpone events for important reasons (e.g., safety concerns, force majeure). In such cases, any amounts already paid will be refunded or credited.
In the event of exclusion from the event for reasons for which the participant is responsible, no refund of the participation fee.
8. Liability
Participation is at your own risk.
Shootfactory is liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty be based.
No liability is assumed for damage caused by disregard of safety rules or instructions.
Statutory liability claims remain unaffected.
9. Insurance

This does not replace private accident or health insurance for the participant.
10. Photo & Video Recordings
During the events, photo or video recordings may be made for documentation or promotional purposes.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These voucher terms and conditions apply to all of Shootfactory issued vouchers, regardless of whether they are sent by email (PDF) or by mail.
2. Types of vouchers
Shootfactory offers the following types of coupons:
- Gift vouchers (discretionary amount of money)
- Service vouchers for selected offers
The respective voucher value or service results from the voucher itself.
3. Redemption
- Vouchers are by prior appointment only Redeemable.
- Redemption is limited exclusively to the services offered by Shootfactory.

4. Validity

8. Returns & Refunds
