Registration form

You need the participation form to participate in our shooting sports programs.

Youth shooting for 16 years old and up

For participants aged 16 to 18 years, the Additional form for participation required for the consent declaration from both parents. If the parents are not present in person, we require a copy or photo of a valid identity card or passport of both parents. If they are present in person, they may present their ID cards in their original form.

Desert Eagle .50 AE

For the Desert-Eagle .50 AE experience or upgrade, you need the additional agreement. Permission to shoot is decided by the on-site supervisor for safety reasons.
