- ☐ Functional, closed clothing
- ☐ Sturdy, closed footwear

- ☐ Safety glasses and ear protection are provided by us
- ☐ You are welcome to bring your own personal protective equipment (optional)

- ☐ No influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication
- ☐ Arrive on time (Briefing before the start)
- ☐ Follow the instructions of the supervisor at all times

- Weapons and ammunition are provided
- Own weapons or ammunition only after prior consultation
- No prior knowledge is required
