Please bring the forms you need with you to your appointment, filled out in their entirety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration form<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You need the participation form to participate in our shooting sports programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/shootfactory.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Shootfactory_Teilnahmeformular_v1.5_final.pdf\"><strong>Registration form \u2013 German (PDF)<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/shootfactory.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Shootfactory_Teilnahmeformular_v1.5_EN_OriginalLayout.pdf\"><strong>Participation Form \u2013 English (PDF)<\/strong><\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Youth shooting for 16 years old and up<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For participants aged 16 to 18 years, the <strong>Additional form for participation<\/strong> required for the consent declaration from both parents. If the parents are not present in person, we require a copy or photo of a valid identity card or passport of both parents. If they are present in person, they may present their ID cards in their original form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/shootfactory.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Shootfactory_Einverstaendniserklaerung_v1.3.pdf\"><strong>Download consent form (PDF)<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Desert Eagle .50 AE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the Desert-Eagle .50 AE experience or upgrade, you need the additional agreement.
