1. Scope of Application<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These voucher terms and conditions apply to all of Shootfactory<\/strong> issued vouchers, regardless of whether they are sent by email (PDF) or by mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Types of vouchers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Shootfactory offers the following types of coupons:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Gift vouchers<\/strong> (discretionary amount of money)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Service vouchers<\/strong> for selected offers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The respective voucher value or service results from the voucher itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3. Redemption<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Vouchers are by prior appointment only<\/strong> Redeemable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Redemption is limited exclusively to the services offered by Shootfactory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The current versions apply Conditions of Participation<\/strong>, Safety instructions<\/strong> and Terms and Conditions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n\n\n\n

      4. Validity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Vouchers are 3 years from the date of issue<\/strong> valid, in accordance with statutory requirements (\u00a7 195 BGB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Redemption is excluded after the validity period has expired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. Cash payout & Transferability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • One Cash payout<\/strong>, even in part, is excluded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Vouchers are freely transferable<\/strong>, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        6. Partial redemption<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • One Partial redemption<\/strong> of value vouchers is possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Any remaining credit remains valid until the expiration date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n\n\n\n

          7. Shipping & Loss<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • Vouchers depend on the selection by email (PDF)<\/strong> or by mail<\/strong> Sent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • For lost vouchers, no liability<\/strong> to be taken over.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • For email gift cards, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure deliverability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            8. Returns & Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            Vouchers are subject to statutory Right of withdrawal<\/strong>, insofar as these are applicable.
            Vouchers that have already been redeemed or partially redeemed are excluded from cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            9. Exclusion of Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

            The redemption of a voucher can be excluded if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Participation requirements are not met<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • safety rules or instructions are not followed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              In these cases, there is no right to a refund<\/strong> of the voucher value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              10. Data Protection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

              Personal data related to the purchase of the voucher will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
