Scope of Application<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These terms and conditions apply to <strong>All shooting sports activities offered by Shootfactory<\/strong>, in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Introductory shooting courses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shooting sport experience packages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Training sessions for sport shooters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By booking or participating, the participant bindingly accepts these terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Prerequisites for participation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation is only possible if the following requirements are met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum age: <strong>18 years old<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notwithstanding this, it is possible to <strong>Adolescents aged 16 and older<\/strong> participate as part of the youth programs provided for this purpose, provided that the legal requirements as well as the specifications of Sportsch\u00fctzen Reken e.V. are met<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid <strong>official photo ID<\/strong> (identity card or passport)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For minors, additionally the required <a href=\"https:\/\/shootfactory.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Shootfactory_Einverstaendniserklaerung_v1.0.pdf\" data-type=\"attachment\" data-id=\"964\">Consents <\/a>and proof from the legal guardians<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physical and mental fitness for safe participation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No influence by <strong>Alcohol, drugs or medication<\/strong>, which limit responsiveness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The organizer is entitled to [exclude] participants if there are doubts about their suitability <strong>to exclude from the course<\/strong>.<br>In this case, there is <strong>no right to a refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Safety Rules &amp; Supervision<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation is exclusively under <strong>constant expert supervision<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The instructions of the supervisor must be followed <strong>to comply with unconditionally and immediately<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weapons are allowed <strong>only upon express instruction<\/strong> be recorded, loaded, or saved<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unauthorized or unsafe behavior<\/strong> leads to <strong>immediate exclusion from the event without refund<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Safety at all times <strong>top priority<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Health &amp; Personal Responsibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participation is at your own risk.<br>The participant certifies that there are no health restrictions that would prevent safe participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In particular, the following applies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No acute cardiovascular diseases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No mental illnesses with security-relevant impact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If in doubt, consult a doctor beforehand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Exclusion from participation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The organizer is entitled to participants <strong>immediately and without refund<\/strong> to exclude from the event, in particular in the case of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>violations of safety rules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-compliance with instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspected influence of alcohol or drugs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hazardous, inappropriate, or irresponsible behavior<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Photo &amp; Video Recordings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the events, photo or video recordings may be made for documentation or promotional purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the participant should therewith <strong>disagree<\/strong> is, this is <strong>before the event starts<\/strong> to inform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
